My name is Kevin Statham, I own and run A.S.K.Property Lettings, based in Belper. We are Independant, professional, honest and hardworking. We understand the frustration of both Landlords and Tenants alike being charged unexpected and sometimes extortionate fees We have no interest in rinsing every penny we can get out of someone,as we believe it is bad business. We let our service speak for itself.
Our 'one fee' is the same for landlords and Tenants....this means NO UNEXPECTED FEES. This is £199 for landlords- To Tenant find+ a free EPC certificate.
Fully managed is only 8% with a free Tenancy Agreement and free full inventory.
Tenant fees include all credit and referencing checks.

We are always looking for new Landlords.
